Our policy

Peugeot Scooters has adopted a proactive policy for protecting natural environments and the quality of life in the vicinity of its industrial sites. Although exploiting these facilities does not present any “major” risk, they do have an impact on the environment which we strive to control as best as possible.

• To better respect nature, our actions are defined, programmed and implemented at various levels: from the design of our facilities, through their development, their upgrading and their exploitation
• These actions are implemented to prevent risks, to comply rigorously with regulatory requirements and to control the impact of each site on its surrounding environment.

For example, in 1995, in our paint application workshops an electrostatic powdering application process was used to paint certain scooter parts without solvents being emitted.
